Fall has arrived! Let's start the season right, by taking care of our bodies and our minds.
Recently I had a conversation with a friend about self-care and it got me thinking. So often we hear about how we need to "practice self-care", but what does that really mean? Of course, my go-to idea of self-care is massage. To others it may look like going for daily walks, eating healthy, talking with a friend or therapist, and getting enough sleep each night. Whatever it means to you, I hope you practice those things often. We only have one body. I ask that you do the things necessary to take care of that body, to feed it well, to prevent injury, to keep it happy. Be kind to youself, (get a massage!) and your body will thank you!
