Often when putting together this weekly post, I try to think of the common reasons to why you should get a massage. This week, I'm saying you should do it just because you want to. We don't need a reason, an excuse, or a justification to do something for ourselves. Too often we self-sacrifice: we're "too busy" taking care of everything and everyone else.
