Spring is such a great time to be outside. The warm sunshine feels amazing and rejuvenating. The blossoms are beautiful and the birds are chirping. Those who garden, are you loving all the rain and then sunshine we've had lately? Or are you already hoping that some of the growing will slow down so you can catch up? Either way, if you've been working out in the yard recently, you may be feeling it. Sore shoulders, aching back and tired bodies. Sounds like it's time for a restorative massage!
