Spring allergy season is fully upon us.

Many of us suffer from spring allergies.  Besides the sneezing, the runny nose, the tickle in the throat, comes the sinus pressure.  Pain in your forehead, cheeks, jaw or ears.  For many, it's a precursor to a sinus or ear infection.  If this sounds like you, I have a suggestion.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle and soothing way to assist your body in moving the excess fluid out.  Often the pain associated with allergies is how "full" your head can feel.  MLD facilitates the drainage needed to reduce that fluid backup.  At the same time, you get to relax on the warm massage table, enjoy the soothing music and darkened space, and just "check out" for an hour.  By the end your nervous system will feel calmer, your body will be more relaxed, and hopefully your sinuses will feel more open.  Breathe better, knowing relief is right around the corner.

*Please be aware that MLD is not a replacement treatment for any active infection.  So take your meds as prescribed!
