The final days before a big holiday often get chaotic and stressful. Shopping has worn you down, and your feet are killing you. Wrapping presents while sitting on the floor, late at night made your back ache. Baking all the cookies and pies put both your back and your feet in misery.
Take an hour for yourself this week, before the house is full and the day is officially here. Restore your body, release the stress, and be prepared to be fully present for yourself and your family this weekend. While you are at it, schedule another session for next week, to recover from all the holiday festivities. Make sure to continue to take care of yourself, so you can better take care of those you love.
