Do you know someone that's competing in the Ironman triathlon this weekend? Massage therapy and manual lymphatic drainage are great ways to both prepare your body for intense physical activity, and are even better ways to recover after. Massage has been proven to give a 13% reduction in post exercise soreness (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness or DOMS) and a 7% increase in flexibility. Who doesn't want that kind of recovery assistance?
