Cold weather is here. It even snowed some places yesterday!
I've already heard a few people say, "I'm not ready!" All I know is, on a colder day, laying on a warm massage table feels absolutely heavenly. It's obvious that I will always say, get a massage on a monthly basis. This week I thought I'd touch on some other simple ideas of self-care. One of the best things we can do for ourselves is setup a regular routine before the seemingly neverending darkness starts to set in. This great chart from Psychology Today give some really simple ways to combat the upcoming winter blues. My personal favorites on this chart are the ideas of baking, and ordering comfort food. Regardless of what you choose, I hope you take some time for you. We cannot pour from an empty pitcher. Little things go a long way, and all those other platitudes. Take care of your body, you only get one!
