Stress is the worst. Massage won’t eliminate your stress, but it will make the symptoms suck less.

The most common physical symptoms of stress are headaches, stomach pain, high blood pressure, chest pain and messed up sleep patterns.  When you’re stressed, you know it, and everyone around you probably knows it too.  It isn’t easy to hide, and it will only get worse if ignored.  You only get one body, it’s time to start easing those stress symptoms and feeling better.



Many already know that massage is helpful for headaches.  But did you know that regular massage is proven to help lower your blood pressure, and will help you to sleep better at night? Spending an hour on a massage table once or twice a month is a great way to allow yourself to slow down, breath a little easier, and let go of some of the stress you are carrying.
