How great was the weather this past week and weekend?!
I don't know about you, but I definitely tried to spend as much time as possible outside, enjoying the sunshine and warm weather. We all know it won't last. Detoxing from the constant news watching wasn't bad either.
For some, this past weekend meant yard-work. One last mowing of the lawn, trimming of bushes and trees or just some general Fall cleanup. After all that fun work, how is your body? Does your low back feel a bit stiff and sore? Is your shoulder tight, did you overdo it? For others, the past weekend meant football. Did you get so worked up watching the game that you strained your neck yelling, or just hurt your back from sitting too long?
One of the greatest things about having a massage already scheduled on a regular basis, is when these things happen, you don't have to stress about getting an appointment, it's already there waiting for you. Massage week is the best week, especially when you're hurting or stressed.
Be kind to yourself. Feed your body good food, expose it to as much healthy sunlight as possible, and get a massage on a regular basis. Trust me, you won't regret it!
